Chocolate Ganache


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup (253 grams) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup (180 ml) heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tablespoons (21 grams) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions:

  •  In a small pan, heat 3/4 cups   of  heavy whipping cream,   add    1 1/2 tablespoons  of unsalted    butter ,   stir in 1 1/2 cup of semisweet  or bittersweet chocolate chips.

  • Stir until smooth. Remove from heat then let stand at room temperature until the Ganache has completely cooled. Then decorate the Ganache on the top of the cupcakes.
