1 1/2 cup (253 grams) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips 3/4 cup (180 ml) heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 tablespoons (21 grams) Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
In a small pan, heat 3/4 cups of heavy whipping cream, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of unsalted butter , stir in 1 1/2 cup of semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips.
Stir until smooth. Remove from heat then let stand at room temperature until the Ganache has completely cooled. Then decorate the Ganache on the top of the cupcakes.
